Overview

Our fabrication partners operate fully equipped facilities capable of delivering structural, miscellaneous, and pre-engineered steel components. All fabrication follows approved shop drawings, project specifications, and internationally recognized standards.

• Cutting, drilling, and marking of steel members
• Fitting, assembly, and sub-welding

• Painting and galvanizing

Workshop Capabilities

Our network workshops are equipped with CNC cutting machines, automated beam lines, plate processors, and advanced welding stations. Every process is governed by project-specific ITPs and WPS/PQR standards to ensure consistent quality.

Quality Assurance & Documentation

Every stage of fabrication is documented through Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Reports (QCRs). Visual and NDT inspections are conducted under certified inspectors, ensuring full compliance with AISC, AWS, and ISO standards.
